Mental Health Facilitator
You are someone who cares deeply about people. You have a natural ability to lift people up, and you can see the good in them even when they can’t see it themselves. You are the person people go to when they want to feel seen and heard.
You have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Psychology or a Masters of Counselling. You are fun, hardworking and passionate about helping people get unstuck. You are self motivated, reflective, and open to feedback. You’ll use your expertise to help participants understand their trauma, learn tools to overcome, and discover what’s uniquely right for them. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Executive Director to make suggestions to improve the program where possible. |
